This role focuses on streamlining processes to boost efficiency in qualifying inbound leads for Small and Medium Business Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute training programs for new SDRs ensuring swift understanding of product offerings and sales procedures.
  • Design continuous training roadmaps to improve SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification.
  • Prepare SDRs for transition to Outbound SDR roles through targeted initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create focused solutions.
  • Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness using key performance indicators and ramp-up time evaluations.

Successful candidates have proven experience in developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for sales development teams, analyzing sales performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems is beneficial.
