We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to take on a challenging role that requires expertise in marketing operations, sales operations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot and be able to design, build, and implement automated workflows and processes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Hub Management: Provide leadership and guidance on the use of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Workflow and Automation Development: Develop and implement automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.
  • Email Sequence Management: Create and manage automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Contact Database Management: Manage and analyze large contact databases, including segmentation, list creation, and data hygiene.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. They will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates within HubSpot and the broader marketing technology landscape.
