We are seeking an experienced Local SEO expert to lead and execute a strategy that ensures dominant visibility across local search results in every market we serve.

This role is central to driving growth by strategically managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBPs) to secure top visibility across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide.
  • Elevate our local visibility and brand authority in every community we serve.
  • Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization.
  • Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack.
  • Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance.
  • Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies.
  • Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs.
