Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Professional

Job Summary:
Our organization seeks an accomplished quality assurance specialist to develop and execute test strategies, write and execute test cases, and drive automation efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of software development methodologies and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements to design complex test cases.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing across various systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track defects, identify root causes, and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and test results in compliance with established standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on QA experience with Capital Markets applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Proven experience with manual and automated testing, test estimation, strategy, and defect management.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries; hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and Agile/Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools: JIRA, TestRail, TestNG.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse testing and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Collateral Management systems and Broadridge platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in test automation frameworks using Java, Python, Selenium, Maven.
  • Experience in reconciliation and troubleshooting across multiple systems.
  • Strong initiative-taking skills and ability to solve problems proactively.
