Project Management Lead Position

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and lead project teams consisting of project managers, business analysts, and engineers.
  • Coordinate with internal resources through project management tools to divide tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Utilize JIRA for task assignment and delegation to technical teams working on projects.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to the Senior Software Manager (SMM) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • IDentify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve issues and bugs in projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in JIRA management and application.
  • Able to develop and implement project scope statements.
  • Knowledge of multiple frameworks, operating systems, and platforms.
