About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Associate to support our financial operations. This individual will play a crucial role in managing financial processes, assisting in payroll processing, data maintenance, and procurement activities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Process Management: Monitor financial transactions, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior finance personnel to develop and implement effective finance department processes and procedures.
  • Documentation and Policies: Support the creation and maintenance of finance-related documentation, including financial reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolve any finance-related queries or issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar finance role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial operations and processes.
  • Solid knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, excel in stakeholder management, and demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills.
