Cloud Engineer Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support business growth and scalability.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments and automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud-based solutions for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with ISO standards and CMMI guidelines.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams, architects, and developers to streamline build and release processes.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure cloud system stability and functionality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Interest in learning about CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to Git and collaborative version control workflows.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
  • Interest in Docker, Kubernetes, and related containerization technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic cloud environment.
  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
