About the Position

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Advertising: Plan, create, and manage social media ads across multiple platforms to achieve engagement, leads, and conversions.
  2. Google Ads Optimization: Execute and optimize Search, Display, and YouTube ads to ensure high performance and maximum ROI.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results.
  4. Campaign Strategy: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad performance.
  5. Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  6. Reporting and Insights: Develop reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in social media advertising and Google Ads.
  2. Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bid management, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  3. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  6. Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns.
