
Sales Business Developer

- Closely liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Ensure effective time and attendance management for team members according to guidelines.
- Set business targets/objectives for supervisors and sales team; develop a plan of action upon approval.
- Regularly monitor sales achievement and compare with the plan; identify variances and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback, ensure proper market coverage, after-sales service, timely deliveries, address customer grievances, and develop new customers and markets.
- Review and adjust sales coverage plans to maximize market coverage.
- Optimize the utilization of resources, monitor utilization rates, and maintain operational capacities within insured limits.
- Maintain proper records and communicate sales activities to senior management timely.
- Safeguard the interests of the sales team in line with company policies.
- Ensure prompt recovery of dishonored payments and timely deposits during order supplies.
- Follow policies on credit and payment facilities, approving only for authorized customers.
- Liquidate slow-moving stock effectively.
- Promote new product launches with enthusiasm and vigor.
- Train and motivate the sales team, recognizing their performance and conducting annual evaluations.
- Recommend sales incentives for approval by senior management.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotional campaigns, and advertising objectives to maximize sales impact.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
