Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of nursing theories, practices, and procedures.
