
Tyre Division Claims Handler

Job Role Overview:
This position is responsible for overseeing the entire claims handling process within the tyre division.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly claim visit schedule in collaboration with senior management and obtain approval from regional managers
- Initiate and coordinate claim procedures with headquarters and factory teams
- Conduct inspections and prepare claim reports, which are then sent to senior management and regional managers; conduct dealer visits to discuss claim details
- Prepare weekly claim reports, detailing both tyre and tube sales by dealer
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
