Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who can lead the design process end-to-end from wireframes to prototyping to final designs.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.">
• Identify new product improvement opportunities.">
• Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.">
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.">
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.">
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.">
• Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.">
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.">
• Develop creative solutions and interaction design concepts for mobile and web-based solutions.">
• Fully own the design process end-to-end from wireframes to prototyping to ultimately final designs.">
• Develop deep empathy for our users and their needs that informs all aspects of your work and enables you to create simple, beautiful solutions across web and mobile platforms.">
• Always fulfill the requirements & complete the respected job within the deadline.">

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.">
• Experience in Adobe Programs, Figma, XD, Sketchapp (Latest Version), and other design-related software.">
• In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.">
• Good expertise in design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.">
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.">
• Good English communication skills (especially reading and comprehending skills).">
• Own visual experience design of a product/project completely.">
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick concepts.">
• Devotion to continuous improvement.">
• Out-of-the-box thinking.">
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.">
• Sense of humor.">
• Hard worker and passionate – we are growing super FAST.">

Nice to Have Skills

Hiring Process

Our hiring process includes an assignment to complete, an interview with the Design Team Lead & Talent Acquisition Team, and a final interview with the Board of Directors.
