Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate invoices, sending them to clients, and following up on any necessary paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and send timely and accurate invoices to clients
  • Follow up with clients on any necessary paperwork or documentation
  • Re-check numerical errors and discrepancies in financial data
  • Work on payroll rates, actual hours worked, calculate errors, identify and fix underpayment or overpayment and generate payroll forecasting
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of organizational products and processes
  • Ensure all clients remain informed about their outstanding timesheets and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Fresh Graduates/Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
