Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystDescription:

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in the finance department, responsible for providing strategic financial support to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record and post daily financial transactions, including AR, AP, bank, cash, and journal entries in SAP B1.
  • Ensure precise and complete documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Prepare documents for payments, transfers, and deposits, adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain well-organized and audit-ready financial records, facilitating seamless audits.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Perform monthly bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing monthly closing entries, accruals, and schedules to provide insightful financial information.
  • Support the generation of internal financial reports for management, helping inform strategic business decisions.
  • Tax Compliance & Support:
  • Compile and maintain data for sales tax and withholding tax submissions, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Monitor vendor tax compliance and maintain relevant documentation to avoid potential issues.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely submission of returns.
  • External Collaboration & Administrative Support:
  • Liaise with vendors for invoice follow-ups, payment coordination, and tax queries, fostering effective communication.
  • Communicate with banks for routine transactions and documentation, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Assist in preparing responses to external parties such as auditors and service providers, ensuring professional representation.
  • Internal Teamwork & Support:
  • Work closely with internal teams for invoice approvals, expense claims, and data collection, promoting collaboration.
  • Assist in petty cash management and staff reimbursement processing, supporting operational efficiency.
  • Uphold company policies and internal control procedures, maintaining a culture of compliance.
