Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive and oversee the implementation of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Main ERP system, ensuring seamless operations and business continuity. The role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on management to guarantee excellence in IT infrastructure and ERP performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle EBS Main ERP and Command systems, leveraging technical expertise to optimize system security and data integrity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for ERP customization, upgrades, and integration projects, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Supervise IT staff, vendors, and external consultants to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ERP management, preferably with Oracle EBS.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with expertise in system administration, database management, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
