Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of tax laws, regulations, and practices, and will be capable of providing strategic tax advice to optimize financial operations.

• Provide expert advice on tax-related matters, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory taxes.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for both individuals and businesses.
• Analyze financial statements to identify potential tax-saving opportunities.
• Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits or inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement best practices for tax processes and procedures.
• Assist clients in understanding their tax liabilities and maintain confidentiality.
• Represent clients in dealing with tax authorities.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree in Taxation/Finance or a Professional Certificate (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ITP) will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in tax consulting, ideally within a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
