Cybersecurity Job Summary
This role requires a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to protect an organization's IT infrastructure from potential threats. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of network security, cryptography, and risk management, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and assess potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's IT infrastructure.
  2. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
  3. Manage and maintain firewalls, antivirus software, and other security solutions to prevent intrusions.
  4. Respond to and mitigate security incidents, breaches, and intrusion attempts to minimize damage.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigation techniques to ensure the organization remains secure.
  6. Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security best practices.

Requirements:
  1. CompTIA Security+ certification.
  2. 4 years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of network security, cryptography, and risk management.
  4. Proficiency in using security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall management.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
