Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchisees within the region to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and provide support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint, onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients.
  • Monitor the performance of franchisees against key operational and financial metrics.
  • Implement improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure the implementation of SOPs and compliance.
  • Address operational challenges and implement swift solutions to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
  • BBA (4 years) or MBA (2 years) from a HEC recognized university.
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
