Job Opening for Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to take on a key role in our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project, ensuring seamless communication and effective project management.
  • Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software, applying advanced skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction techniques, adhering to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring designs to life, fostering strong relationships and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers, promoting professional growth and development.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, demonstrating academic excellence and relevant coursework.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer, showcasing a proven track record of success and expertise.
  3. Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and innovative problem-solving.
  4. Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, embracing collaboration and adaptability.
  6. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues, promoting clear understanding and mutual respect.
