Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and responding to IT security incidents worldwide. This includes monitoring IT security-relevant systems, defending against threats, and communicating with service clusters about current IT security topics.

In addition to incident response, the successful applicant will support the implementation of IT security measures on IT systems, provide technical and organizational consulting, and assist with preparing monitoring reports.

The role also involves global on-call service and requires a high level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.

We are looking for an individual with well-founded training in antimalware management and a minimum of 3 years of experience with such systems. A degree in business informatics or many years of professional experience with comparable qualifications is also required.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in IT security, monitoring, and defense, as well as independent, analytical, and structured working style.

Some key requirements include:

  • Experience with tools like Nessus, Splunk, and XMCyber is beneficial but not necessary.
  • ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Scripting knowledge is highly desirable.
