Job Overview

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your software engineering career to the next level.

As a seasoned member of an agile team, you will design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. We are looking for an experienced engineer to automate existing reports and migrate them into a scalable solution integrated with our evolving tech stack. This role requires a strong understanding of BI/reporting platforms, backend data architecture, and frontend visualization technologies.

Key responsibilities include analyzing existing reports to identify opportunities for automation, developing scripts and processes to automate report generation and distribution, migrating existing reports to scalable solutions, developing and enhancing frontend visualization technologies, implementing best practices for data visualization and user interface design, working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical team members, and contributing to a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting solutions with SQL Server backend, ETL/SSIS, SSAS, and .NET.
  • Facilitate the transition from .NET to ReactJS and Java for frontend visualization.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient reporting.
  • Document processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.
  • Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new reporting solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI/reporting platforms.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing reporting processes and solutions.
