Elevated Architectural Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture and possess strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Job Description:

The Senior Architect will be responsible for developing and presenting design proposals to clients, creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects, collaborating with project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, conducting site visits and attending client meetings throughout the duration of projects, and maintaining knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and building codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred
