Job Title: Digital Technology Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Technology Director to lead the development of innovative mobile and web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical leadership, system architecture, and software development. They will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's technical vision, aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Strategy:
    • Define and implement the company's technical vision, aligning with business goals.
    • Architect scalable, secure, and robust systems for AI-driven healthcare and fintech solutions.
    • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
  • System Architecture:
    • Design and oversee system architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Establish best practices and development frameworks for technology solutions.
  • Project Management:
    • Act as the technical project lead, ensuring timely delivery of complex mobile and web applications.
    • Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Team Development:
    • Build and mentor a strong technical team, including developers, engineers, and support staff.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the technical team.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Provide hands-on support in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting when necessary.
    • Optimize operational processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency in project execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Represent the company in technical discussions with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role, such as CTO, Technical Lead, or System Architect.
  • Strong expertise in system architecture, software development, and project management.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies relevant to AI, healthcare, and fintech solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern development frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
