Quality Assurance is a vital aspect of our organization, aimed at protecting, healing and nurturing in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

As Head of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and global policies. This includes authorizing final release or rejection of finished products, establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System, and implementing product quality and validation plans.

You will work closely with supply and regulatory teams to uphold QA culture and standards. You will also lead and develop QA teams while fostering a positive, compliance-driven culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance of QA activities with local regulations, GMP, and global policies.
  • Authorize final release or rejection of finished products as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) and related procedures.
  • Approve executed batch records and certify production batches before release.
  • Implement product quality and validation plans to ensure robust manufacturing and packaging processes.
Qualifications:
  • A Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or Bachelor's in Pharmacy (minimum requirement).
  • At least 7 years overall, with a minimum of 5 years in quality control and testing of pharmaceuticals.
