Compliance is the backbone of a successful organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

This involves conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and providing guidance to various departments to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

As a Senior Associate in Internal Compliance, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal compliance programs and controls.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Identifying and assessing compliance risks within the organization.
  • Preparing and presenting compliance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Staying informed about changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. Experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field is also required, with 1-2 years of experience being the minimum requirement.
