We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professional to join our organization. As an SQA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

About the Role

You will be responsible for participating in test planning, execution, and reporting for web, mobile, and software applications. Additionally, you will develop and execute manual test cases based on user stories and functional specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in test planning, execution, and reporting for web, mobile, and software applications.
  • Developing and executing manual test cases based on user stories and functional specifications.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Performing functional, UI, and usability testing to ensure the product meets business requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of QA processes and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Basic understanding of automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
