Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our organization across digital platforms, physical materials, and event presentations.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with various segments to enhance and create visual content, from quick edits to more involved design projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to edit and enhance photos from events for digital platforms;
- Design creative visuals and graphics for social media posts;
- Support the Website Manager to develop engaging visual graphics for the website;
- Create visuals for physical signage and decals for use at events;
- Produce renders of potential event setups to aid in visualizing and presenting offers to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a skilled Visual Communications Specialist with a good understanding of branding and visual communication principles, familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and experience or interest in photo editing and graphic design for digital and print.
Requirements:
- Creativity and an eye for detail to produce high-quality visual work that resonates with the audience;
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure visual content aligns with marketing strategies;
- A basic knowledge of SEO and web design best practices is a plus but not required.
