Evaluation Specialist

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented individual with exceptional research skills? We are seeking a highly motivated Evaluation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work on comprehensive evaluations across our 2,000+ school network. As an Evaluation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative analyses using our WSE framework.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Collection & Synthesis: Gather evidence through classroom observations, student records, surveys, and documentation to deliver accurate findings.
  2. Pattern Recognition & Analysis: Identify trends and correlations within datasets to draw well-founded conclusions about teaching, learning, and operations.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate constructive meetings and discussions with principals, teachers, and learners to gather insights and foster co-ownership of evaluation outcomes.
  4. Report Preparation: Produce high-quality evaluation reports clearly outlining key strengths, areas for growth, and actionable recommendations.
  5. Feedback & Presentation: Share findings with school leadership in a clear, solution-oriented manner to ensure mutual understanding and commitment to next steps.
