Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to lead the development of our IT department, shape IT strategy and controls, and manage IT infrastructure at business centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Oversee customer-centric software development and upgradation, as well as business-centric software development and upgradation.
  • Ensure data security and backup management.
  • Manage IT assets and troubleshoot connectivity issues across all business centers.
  • Provide IT support to other departments and conduct training sessions for human resources.
  • Develop policies and procedures for the IT department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization.
  • Strong communication, training, and IT skills.
  • Result-oriented, competent, and able to handle workload, highly organized, and motivated.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence with sound decision-making qualities.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good command of IT software.
  • Willingsness to travel.
