HR Expert

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Experience in finding, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization is essential.
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and conflict resolution strategies is required to maintain a positive work environment.
• Performance Management and Training: Proficiency in performance management, training, and development programs is necessary to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will also be involved in policy implementation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
