- Cultivating innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement through digital channels.
- Evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Optimizing user funnels to minimize drop-offs and maximize conversions.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing.
- A minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM advertising campaigns.
- Proven expertise in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and WebTrends.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms like PPC/GDN/YT.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
