Job Description:

The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, including managing the director's social media accounts, handling correspondence, preparing and editing documents, performing data entry, leading generation, and providing general clerical support.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage social media presence.
  • Ensure prompt message relays.
  • Prepare and edit documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records.
  • Lead generation for potential customers.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Requirements:
  • English proficiency: Professional level is required. (Interview will be in English)
  • Organizational & Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple tasks, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy & Research Abilities: Proficient in MS Office, social media tools, and conducting online research.
  • Lead Generation & Social Media Management: Experience in generating leads and managing social media accounts to boost engagement.
  • Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing demands and handle personal tasks discreetly.
