Job Description:

As an ambassador for the airline, you will strive to achieve customers' loyalty and promote a positive corporate image through exceptional customer service and enhancing overall customers' experience.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. You will also be responsible for timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality of self for assigned flights, as well as attending briefing sessions to ensure acknowledgement of flight details and distribution of roles.

Additionally, you will instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify areas of safety and security risks, and administer first aid when necessary. You will also contribute to maximizing onboard revenue and promoting charity services by efficiently promoting on-board meals, products, and donations.
