Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, basic knowledge of inventory management systems, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
