You will also be responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues following standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage endpoint devices, adhering to IT policies and standards.
  • Provide on-site support, following ITIL processes.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure accurate feedback to customers.

To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

You must also have 6-8+ years of experience in the field assigned, understanding information systems environments and systems.
