  • Manage Tax Journals, Payments, and Reconciliations: Oversee the management of tax journals, payments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure that all tax obligations are met on time and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Impact on the Business & Teamwork
  • Collaboration with Finance Functions: Collaborate with country tax leadership and finance functions to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Research and Interpretation of Tax Laws: Research, interpret, and apply tax laws, case laws, and rulings to ensure compliance and optimal tax benefits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Solid Understanding of Indian Taxation: Demonstrate a solid understanding of Indian taxation, including tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to research, interpret, and apply tax laws, case laws, and rulings.

Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders, travel for audits, assessments, and litigations, proficient in SAP, ERP systems, and Excel (including VLOOKUP).
