We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our team in software development.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale applications using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript frameworks. They will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, maintainable code using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript frameworks (ReactJs, VueJs, or Angular).
  2. Application Development: Develop and support software including database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
  3. Technical Leadership: Recommend technology stacks and frameworks, considering scalability, robustness, risks, trade-offs, and continuity in major software development decisions.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure project alignment with business objectives and compliance standards through cross-functional coordination.
  5. Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to incorporate feedback and enable them to evaluate their ideas technically and implement them.
  6. Test and Deployment: Support test and deployment of new products and features.
  7. Code Reviews: Conduct code and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails with any JS framework (ReactJs, VueJs, or Angular).
  3. Database Experience: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  4. Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
  7. Methodologies: Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
  8. DevOps Experience: DevOps experience with AWS/GCP is a plus.
  9. NodeJS Experience: NodeJS experience is a plus.
