We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in digital transformation and IT solutions.

This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and expanding client bases.

Key responsibilities include:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital transformation and IT solutions sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand client base

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business processes

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with marketing team to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain competitive advantage

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase solutions and their value to potential clients

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
  • Inform business strategy and identify new opportunities for growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and consultants to ensure client requirements are met
  • Advocate for client needs throughout project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service within the team
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

Performance Metrics:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles in digital transformation, IT solutions, or digital marketing spheres
