Instrumentation Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in the manufacturing or production process.

• Install new instruments according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instruments
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments
• Ensure all instruments are properly labeled and documented
• Keep accurate records of instrument maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on instrumentation projects
• Stay updated on new technology and techniques in instrument maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with various types of instrumentation including flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
