Customer Service Operations Manager

This role involves leading the Customer Service Department and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include planning and controlling parts and material consumption, conducting orientation programs for new staff members, and devising strategies to achieve repair and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Control: Develop and implement plans to control parts and material consumption, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their knowledge and performance, and conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the NSM to forecast future targets and develop new plans to enhance CSD staff performance, and devise strategies to achieve repair and revenue targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee reports to ensure they are accurate and informative, and implement policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and motivate and develop a performing team in the Customer Service Department.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
