Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing final accounts as per accounting standards, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.

You will establish, maintain, monitor, continuously update and integrate accounting systems of the company, complying with accounting standards. This includes controlling, monitoring and maintaining company's financial resources for business operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To prepare cash flow forecast on a monthly basis;
  2. To monitor, track and follow-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  3. To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed company policy and procedure and according to agreed terms and conditions made with suppliers;
  4. To be responsible for monitoring and renewal of credit limits with banks, if any;
  5. To prepare monthly budget (on the basis of annual budget);
  6. To be responsible for overall control of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof;
  7. To be responsible for preparation and online filing of monthly Sales Tax return and withholding statements;
  8. To handle property tax, professional tax, and/or any other government levy;
  9. To handle all affairs and requirements relating to SECP;
  10. To prepare and e-file annual income tax returns;
  11. To prepare Standard Operating Procedures of accounts and finance department to ensure efficient and effective management of departmental operations;
  12. To establish, maintain and update Information Management Systems (ERP);
Requirements

At Least CA Finalist

Have at least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience.

Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be well conversant with accounting software/related ERP.

Honest and Hard Working.
