Pattern Making Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing accurate digital patterns for garments and accessories. To achieve this, you will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and apply your knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making principles, and CAD technology.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  1. Create precise digital patterns for garments and bags using CAD software.
  2. Analyze design specifications and technical packages to ensure accurate pattern creation.
  3. Develop and maintain pattern blocks for various garment styles and sizes.
  4. Work collaboratively with designers, product developers, and production teams to ensure patterns meet design intent and manufacturing requirements.
  5. Conduct fit analysis and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure optimal fit and quality.
  6. Organize and update pattern archives and libraries to ensure efficient access and reuse of patterns.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software by participating in training and staying current with the latest CAD software, pattern-making techniques, and industry developments.
