This role involves developing comprehensive proposal plans and materials by reviewing Requests for Proposal (RFPs). A key responsibility is creating a proposal outline, compliance matrix, and schedule to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules.">
  • Gather information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through interviews and write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, past performance/qualification summaries, and resumes.">
  • Dissect RFPs to build compliance matrices and develop proposal templates and models.">
  • Compose all bid content, including executive summaries, organization credentials, cost narratives, technical sections, conclusions, etc.">
  • Create storyboards and sectional outlines to visualize the proposal structure.">
  • Interface with internal and external partners to implement proposal strategy and meet deadlines.">
  • Maintain quality results by using templates and following proposal-writing standards, including readability, consistency, and tone.">
  • Edit text to ensure error-free, uniform tone and style, and adherence to company stipulations.">
  • Pull proposals together, integrating disparate components into a unified, coherent whole, and compile and ship proposals in a timely manner.">
