Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Effectively manage budgets to ensure consistent ad delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI.
- Test creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Ads campaign management and a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics.
In addition to technical skills, you should be analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
As a dynamic and rewarding role, your income will grow proportionally with the ad budgets you manage.
Requirements- Experience in Google Ads campaign management (minimum 0.5 - 1 year).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- English proficiency (B1–B2 or higher).
- Reliable internet connection.
Experience in Facebook Ads or other platforms is beneficial.
