About This Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Account Management Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • The job incumbent performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the AM Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote our services.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, including providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure timely issuance of final certificates, invoices, and collection of inspection fees.
  • Provide regular feedback to customers to improve service quality.
  • Review and refine sales strategies to optimize customer engagement and revenue growth.

Qualification & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with QA/QC/QMS principles is advantageous.
