About the Job

We're seeking an innovative and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our infrastructure, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines on Azure. Your expertise will enable seamless delivery of applications, while ensuring infrastructure automation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Infrastructure Development: Design, architect, and build highly automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services (Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts).
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable automation scripts primarily in Python and PowerShell for various DevOps tasks, including environment provisioning, deployment automation, and system configuration.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Implement and manage containerization strategies using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Monitoring and Logging: Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other relevant tools to ensure application health, performance, and reliability.
  • Security and Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, secret management (e.g., Azure Key Vault), and compliance adherence.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational procedures, while championing Git best practices, branching strategies, code reviews, and repository management within Azure Repos.
Requirements
  • Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in CI/CD implementation on Azure.
  • Exceptional programming proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and custom tool development, microservices. OR Strong hands-on experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core preferred) and a solid understanding of the .NET ecosystem, build processes, and deployment patterns, microservices.
  • Deep expertise with Azure DevOps Services (Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts), Experience with DevSecOps.
  • Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions in Azure (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts in Azure (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like Angular or ReactJS.
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: AZURE DEVOPS ENGINEER EXPERT (AZ-400) certification.
  • Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Go).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Familiarity with serverless computing in Azure (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
