About the Role
  1. Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Laravel or Python, leveraging your expertise in backend technologies.

  3. Stay updated on AI trends and integrate relevant tools into projects, driving innovation and growth.
  4. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  5. Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and workflows in dynamic environments, demonstrating agility and flexibility.
  6. Ensure code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
  • Expertise in Laravel and Python, with hands-on experience in building scalable applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns and architectural designs.
  • Strong expertise with relational and non-relational databases such as PgSQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different work environments, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Awareness of AI tools and the ability to apply them to projects, driving innovation and growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD and testing tools, ensuring efficient delivery and deployment processes.
Desirable Skills
  • Hands-on experience with backend technologies, especially Laravel & Python.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD), ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), enabling seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Exposure to AI-based tools, driving innovation and growth.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools, ensuring high-quality delivery and deployment processes.
