We are seeking a highly skilled support professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential high-level support to leadership teams, manage complex calendars, organize high-stakes meetings and travel, and serve as a crucial gatekeeper.

As a high-level support professional, you will optimize schedules and communication, facilitate success, act as a trusted liaison, drive efficiency, and support critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and inboxes with strategic foresight to ensure key priorities are always at the forefront.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and special projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as the professional and confidential point of contact between leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement systems and processes that streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials that enable informed, high-impact decision-making.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives or high-level clients.
