Mid-level UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-level UI/UX Designer to lead the design of visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital marketing or software development environment.

  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Creating design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Designing user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation buttons
  • Developing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and appearance
  • Ensuring all designs are responsive, intuitive, and adhere to user-centered principles
  • Producing original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and other visuals
  • Presentation of design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, refining them based on feedback
  • Identifying and resolving UX problems, ensuring seamless usability
  • Maintaining design consistency by adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery

The successful candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs, proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools, expertise in design software, and experience designing for mobile apps.

A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Strong team collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with effective time management and organizational skills.
