About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to provide high-quality phlebotomy services in the comfort of patients' homes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Verifying patient identification and lab test requisitions to ensure accurate sample collection.
  2. Collecting blood samples with precision and care, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  3. Labeling each patient's sample container according to laboratory protocols to prevent specimen mix-ups.
  4. Following established safety procedures at all times, including disposing of sharp objects and maintaining a clean workspace.
  5. Communicating effectively with patients regarding phlebotomy procedures for special and routine lab tests.
  6. Making home visits as needed to collect patient samples.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
